The Indian Affairs Department of New Mexico is recruiting for their next Indigenous Youth Council (IYC) cohort. The IYC is comprised of members representing all 23 tribes of New Mexico and the urban Native community. They are now accepting applications to expand the NM Indigenous Youth Council - Open to Indigenous youth ages 16 -25. Out of an abundance of caution and due to low temperatures, icy conditions to include black ice throughout the District, all schools are on a 2-hour delay to provide additional time for buses to safely transport students to schools. This means that buses will run 2 hours later than during normal times.
